Display: Without any doubts this is the best available display any other portable media player can offer. Bright and vivid colors, exquisite display and descent display size. So without any doubts i would give it 5/5.

Wifi : Worked like a charm on my home wifi. No connection problem or what so ever, youtube worked absolutely fine.

Noise Canceling: Great feature but you won't need it on good quality audios and videos.

Dedicated Buttons: This feature makes it better than ipod touch and zune HD.

Design: Smart , Sleek, Shinny black finish and plastic edges give you better grip.

User Interface:Nice and user friendly user interface with various menus and sub-menus. You can create different folder with relevant titles. Music categorization gets very simple and easy with this feature. Drag and drop feature is also available which is very helpful in transferring content or music files.

Cons:

Price too high

No App Store

Battery Life is not exactly as advertised.

Firmware deficiencies.

Sony OLED Walkman is not a regular portable music player. This device is specially for people who have "no compromise" policy on audio and video quality. Over all, I would recommend the Sony X-Series Walkman as the best portable music player currently in market. However i would not be surprised if a new firmware is introduced in 3 months. There are few things that can be improved but for portable music player addicts this is must try gadget by Sony.

iPhone user may complain about touch screen response after a few weeks trial but the problem is not with Walkman its just a different screen technology and will take some time to perfect. So for now Sony OLED Walkman delivers best quality available in market.

If your looking for a cheaper alternative to expensive Sony then you should go with Zune HD mp3 and video player. It is the best available HD media player for under 200 dollars. Zune HD Walkman does land in 3rd generation mp3 video players.
